Verdicts and Settlements:

  •  Thompson v. Blackshear; Tennessee Court of Appeals No. E2012-02499-COA-R3-CV Following the parties' divorce, the father moved to modify his child support obligation alleging a significant variance in his income. Following a hearing, the trial court modified the father’s child support obligation from $2,000 a month to $73 per month, awarded a $21,124 judgment against the mother for overpayment, and awarded the father attorneys’s fees in the amount of $10,000. Mother appealed. The Tennessee Court of Appeals vacated and remanded., 2014
