David M. Cook concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, legal malpractice, and other professional liability defense, and on alternate dispute services. He earned his B.A. in History at the University of Tennessee -- Knoxville and earned his J.D. at the University of Memphis in 1975. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is included in The Best Lawyers in America, is certified by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization as a Civil Trial Specialist and a Medical Malpractice Specialist, and is a Tennessee Supreme Court-approved Alternate Dispute Resolution Specialist, the only Tennessee lawyer certified in all three areas.
