Edgar M. Rothschild III, is a respected Tennessee bankruptcy attorney and a specialist in consumer bankruptcy law, certified by the American Board of Certification and Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education & Specialization. A partner at Rothschild & Ausbrooks, PLLC, in Nashville, he serves clients throughout the state in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and related bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Rothschild graduated with his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1976. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Mr. Rothschild is the former president of the Middle Tennessee Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys group and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys of America, the Commercial Law League, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also an associate member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
