Gary K. Morrell is a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers.  He is a member of the Boswell Law Firm in Memphis, Tennessee (and also in Bryant, Arkansas) and handles medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America in each of its publications since being selected in 1994; has been peer-review AV-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory since 1991; and was selected Mid-South Superlawyers in 2006 and since 2008.  Also, he has been selected Plaintiffs’ Lawyer of the Year, 2012 Memphis Personal Injury Litigation, by The Best Lawyers In America.  He was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1980 and in Arkansas in 2006. Attorney Gary K. Morrell completed a Federal Judicial Clerkship in U.S. District Court in 1981, was Associate Editor of the Law Review at his law school, graduated in the top 2%-3% of his law school class and has lectured on the subject of medical malpractice at legal, medical and hospital seminars. He has obtained seven figure jury verdicts and multi-seven figure settlements in medical malpractice cases including, but not limited to, the following cases: Gribble v. Memphis Cancer Center ($2,500,000 wrongful death jury verdict for the defendant's failure to irradiate a lumpectomy patient); Bradford v.
