Mr. Turner received his B.B.A., cum laude, from Belmont University in 2001 and J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2004. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Tennessee, U.S. District Courts (Middle District of Florida and Tennessee), and U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Middle District of Florida). He represents record companies, record label executives, music publishers, songwriters, Grammy and Emmy Award-winning artists and producers who have collectively sold over 100 million records, and professional athletes and sports organizations in various copyright and trademark matters. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Entertainment Law at Stetson University College of Law in Florida. He is also a frequent speaker on various entertainment and digital assets matters. He is also licensed to practice in Florida.
