Jeff Weintraub is the managing partner of Weintraub Stock, PC, which represents management in employment and labor matters. Jeff is a trial attorney representing employers around the country in employment lawsuits, wage-and-hour claims, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and all other employment matters, in all courts, courts of appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He also represents employers in union election campaigns, arbitrations, and labor negotiations. He is a frequent speaker at employment seminars and provides training for employers in avoiding employment litigation, investigating sexual-harassment charges, and the like. He teaches the Employee Relations and Labor component in SHRM's Human Resources Certification Course.
