Bar/Professional Activity:

- Entertaining Motions. For the past 20 years, I have been actively involved in the bar associations annual production where we raise money for charity and poke friendly fun at our profession and the community. In the past years, I have served as director of the program, writer of many of the skits and one the actors and singers in the show. As of late, I have reduced my involvement to writing some skits and playing small roles in the production.

To date, this is the largest judgment on jury verdict for any type of case in the history of Sevier County, Tennessee and the largest judgment on verdict in a medical malpractice case in the history of the state. There has been at least one larger verdict, but it was reduced by the trial court before the judgment was entered, 2006
