Marty McAfee's practice focuses on criminal defense -- everything from DUI to white collar crime to capital murder. He is Certified as a Criminal Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Certified as a Criminal Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He received an AV peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. He represents clients throughout West Tennessee in the local, state, and appellate courts. He also practices in federal court and handles appeals to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. McAfee graduated from Rhodes College and from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is the founding member of his firm.
