Mary Beth Ausbrooks is a Tennessee bankruptcy lawyer and a board-certified specialist in consumer bankruptcy law. After earning her BBA in accounting from Tennessee State University in 1993, she went on to graduate with her J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1996.
Ms. Ausbrooks is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. She also serves as president of the Middle Tennessee Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and as Tennessee State Chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
In 2008, Ms. Ausbrooks was a speaker for the Rutherford/Cannon Bar on the "Effect of BAPCPA on Domestic Relations."
Ms. Ausbrooks is a partner at Rothschild & Ausbrooks, PLLC. Located in Nashville, her law firm assists individuals and families throughout Tennessee with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, foreclosure defense and other related debt-relief matters.
