Mr. Williamson earned his B.A. from the University at Albany in 1980. He went on to graduate with his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1983. For the past 25 years, he has represented credit unions, banks and other creditor clients in state court and federal bankruptcy proceedings. He has also assisted numerous clients in family law matters, including contested divorce and child custody proceedings.
In addition to being listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator in the field of family mediation, Mr. Williamson is certified as a creditors' rights specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
Mr. Williamson is admitted to practice in Georgia and Tennessee, and he is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
