Law partners Michelle Bohreer and Todd Zucker represent companies in matters of employment and commercial litigation. Their clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to mid-size ventures, small businesses and individuals. The firm frequently provides services that include human resource issues, preparing business and employment contracts, hiring and firing, noncompete enforcement, workplace injury defense and litigation and arbitration of business disputes.
Courtroom Connoisseurs
While Bohreer and Zucker work diligently to keep their clients out of court, they do not avoid the courthouse. In fact, they enjoy the challenge of trial. Bohreer has represented clients in more than 40 trials, and she and Zucker are AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest designation for ability and ethics. For the fourth year in a row, the two have been named to the Texas Super Lawyers® list.
Personalized Service
Bohreer & Zucker has the luxury of being small enough to provide truly personalized service to its many clients, while large enough to handle the most complex of cases. Like many boutique firms, Bohreer & Zucker combines its expertise in business and employment law with a talented legal staff capable of preparatory research and in-depth investigations.
More Than Results
Although Bohreer and Zucker give each client their full attention, they are equally passionate about their work in the community.
Zucker has been active in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo since 1996, serving on its board of directors and several committees. He is a past recipient of the Houston Bar Association’s President’s Award for his outstanding service to the organization and is active with Citizens for Animal Protection.
Bohreer has been actively involved in the Rotary Club of Houston, serving as the first woman chairman of the 37th Annual Rotary Lombardi Award in 2006, and she will serve as president of the club for the 2009-2010 term. Her true passion, however, is helping children with cancer. She serves on the executive council for the Gulf Coast Region of the American Cancer Society, is chair of the development council, and was the recipient of the American Cancer Society’s Shining Star Award in 2005 for her dedication to the cause.
As one client says, “We never thought we would meet a lawyer that cared so much about our business.” At Bohreer & Zucker, they did.
