George Fleming founded Fleming & Associates L.L.P. in 1981. Since then, the firm has litigated cases all over the United States with proven experience in litigating large class actions, serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, mass actions involving thousands of clients and complex commercial cases against multimillion-dollar corporations.
