Jim Haltom, named to the Texas Super Lawyers® list since 2003, has tried to verdict hundreds of cases, both in state and federal courts throughout Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Jim is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a certified mediator.
Jennifer Haltom Doan, named to the Texas Super Lawyers list since 2005, has represented clients for more than 18 years in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Jennifer's trial practice includes pharmaceutical, environmental, corporate class action and patent infringement disputes. Named in 2007 to The Best Lawyers in America, Jennifer is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a charter fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
Darby Doan, honored again to be included on the Texas Super Lawyers list, represents corporations and individuals in matters from nationwide class actions to individual claims involving products liability, patent infringement, business, pharmaceutical and personal injury. Having tried cases in both federal and state courts in Texas and Arkansas, Darby also practices in appellate matters at the intermediate and Supreme Court level. A licensed CPA, he also currently serves on the board of the Arkansas Society of CPAs.
Donald Ross, retired justice of the 6th District Court of Appeals of Texas and former judge of the 4th Judicial District Court of Rusk County, Texas, joins our firm as of counsel. In addition to providing extensive trial and appellate experience to clients with complex disputes, Donald is also a certified mediator. He joins attorneys Kristie Wright, John Perkins, Jasmine Crockett, Morgan Vaughan, Josh Thane and a comprehensive supporting staff, in providing our clients a diverse range of legal, medical and financial disciplines.
