Roberts & Roberts, a Texas firm based in Tyler, has the distinction of having two attorneys named to the Texas Super Lawyers® list. The attorneys at Roberts & Roberts have represented clients in states across America, which includes Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wyoming, as well as Texas.

Brothers Randy and Bruce Roberts founded the firm. Karen Roberts, their sister, eventually joined the family team. It has since grown to include Sean Hester and Steven Schulte.

Randy Roberts has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list for three consecutive years due to his success in representing people injured by unsafe products. Randy has been recognized in Time, Newsweek, Ladies Home Journal, and Texas Lawyer as well as on CNN and NBC's Dateline for his role in uncovering the documents that led to the recall of the Firestone Radial ATX and Wilderness lines of tires. His groundbreaking case against Firestone is featured in McGraw- Hill's college textbook on corporate crime titled Criminology and the Criminal Justice System.

Bruce Roberts has also been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list in 2006. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Bruce clerked for the Texas Twelfth Court of Appeals. Bruce is board certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Karen Roberts worked as a broadcast journalist before earning her law degree. Karen currently serves as a trustee for the American Association for Justice's National College of Advocacy as well as chair of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association's Board of Advocates. Karen is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Sean Hester has been named to the Super Lawyers - Rising Stars list. As a solo practitioner, Sean exclusively represented injured people before joining Roberts & Roberts. Sean is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Steven Schulte is the most recent addition to Roberts & Roberts. Steven received his doctorate of jurisprudence as well as a master of laws in taxation from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 2005 and 2006 respectively.

Roberts & Roberts is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell® Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
