Roberts & Roberts is an East Texas law firm with a history of helping injured people. The attorneys at Roberts & Roberts have represented clients in cases across America, including Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming, as well as Texas.
Brothers Randy Roberts and Bruce Roberts founded the firm. It has since grown to include Sean Hester and Michael Ace.
Randy Roberts has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers® list for five consecutive years due to his success in representing people injured by unsafe products. Roberts has been recognized in Time, Newsweek, Ladies’ Home Journal, and Texas Lawyer as well as on CNN and NBC’s Dateline for his role in uncovering the documents that led to the recall of the Firestone Radial ATX and Wilderness lines of tires. His groundbreaking case against Firestone is featured in McGraw-Hill’s college textbook on corporate crime, Criminology and the Criminal Justice System.
Bruce Roberts has also been previously named to the Texas Super Lawyers list in 2006. After graduating from The University of Texas School of Law, Roberts clerked for the Texas 12th Court of Appeals. Bruce is board-certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Sean Hester was named to Rising Stars in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1992. As a solo practitioner, Hester exclusively represented injured people before joining Roberts & Roberts. He is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Michael Ace graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1982 and has always concentrated his practice in personal injury trial law. In 1990 he was board-certified in personal injury trial law and civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
