Profile

Rocky Dhir has devoted his legal career to bringing value and innovation to clients.  He founded Atlas Legal Research in 2001 after completing a federal clerkship.  He is the first entrepreneur to establish a team of lawyers in India and train them to perform a variety of U.S. legal functions. Rocky’s multi-disciplinary approach has made him an expert in devising integrated legal support solutions.  For large legal departments with diverse needs, Rocky knows how to structure offshore solutions, how to appropriately train offshore teams, and how to effectively deliver consistently high quality. Rocky earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan, where he served on the law review.  He was awarded general and special honors when he graduated from The University of Chicago with a B.A. in Public Policy Studies.  Rocky also has an active law practice in which he serves as outside general counsel to start-up ventures and also practices business litigation, both of which help him stay current and understand legal needs from the client’s perspective.
