Alex Aguirre concentrates his practice on the representation of individuals in personal injury claims including workplace injuries, premises liability claims, non-subscriber claims, and vehicular accidents. He also represents individuals in employment-related disputes, such as discrimination claims, harassment claims, retaliation claims, and 451 retaliation claims. Mr. Aguirre earned his B.A. in government and public policy at the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Aguirre maintains an active trial practice in state and federal court. He currently is a member of the San Antonio and Texas Trial Lawyers Associations. He previously served as President and Board Member of the Mexican American Bar Association of San Antonio.
