Alex Oliver has experience representing a diverse range of clients in connection with complex commercial real estate transactions, including owners, developers, equity investors, and lenders. He has handled a wide variety of projects, including acquisition, development and disposition of retail, office, multifamily, hotel and condominium projects; leasing of retail, office, medical and industrial properties; financing of major development and construction projects; foreclosures; and investment/ownership structuring.
