Mr. Barbieri practices corporate law, handling M&As and corporate finance. He represents mostly capital users in a variety of transactions, including secured and unsecured single and multiple lender credit facilities. His practice involves complex real estate transactions and real estate finance, including corporate real estate services, secured lending, and real property acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio and single asset transactions, with a broad geographic coverage. His practice also includes advising clients regarding all their intellectual property rights, as well as software and other technology-related areas. Mr. Barbieri represents clients in state and federal courts across the country in various business disputes.
