• Mr. Snell scored the highest grade of the 310 persons in the State of Texas who took the January, 1971, Texas State Bar Examination , Highest grade on State Bar Examination, State Bar of Texas, 1971

• Mr. Snell is licensed in all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also licensed in the State of Colorado (presently inactive).

• Mr. Snell has lectured on the subject of Consumer Law on several State Bar of Texas CLE Programs and has twice been invited to address the State Judicial Conference on subjects pertaining to Consumer Law., State Bar of Texas, State Judicial Conference

Verdicts and Settlements:

• Mr. Snell obtained a $30,000,000 jury verdict in a commercial case in Bexar County, Texas, in 1995 and a $5,500.000 jury verdict in a consumer case in Bexar County, Texas, in 2009. He sucessfully obtained certification of a 300,000+ member class action and sucessfully settled the case after winning two interlocutory appeals, one of which was heard by the Supreme Court of Texas with Mr. Lawrence Tribe of Harvard Law School representing the Defendant.
