Becky Beaver is widely regarded as one of Central Texas' preeminent family law attorneys. After completing her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Ms. Beaver opened her own practice in Austin in 1977, focusing on all aspects of matrimonial and marital property law and litigation, including marital property agreements, complex and unusual property issues and issues involving conservatorship of children. Ms. Beaver lectures on family law issues and served on the Legislative Family Code Revision and Marital Property Reform Committee, among other extensive professional activities. She is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
