Blake C. Erskine has handled complex litigation cases since 1969 in both state and federal courts across the U.S. since graduating from Baylor Law School. His practice is dedicated to seeking justice and redress for those who have been harmed. His extensive trial experience has earned him Board Certification as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Board Certification as a Personal Injury Trial Law Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Blake’s memberships include a number of bar associations, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is a Fellow of the Roscoe Pound Foundation.
Blake is a 2010 Graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.
He stays involved in many civil and community leadership positions and provides scholarships to area high school graduates.
He is a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Blake also raises and breeds cutting horses.
