An Associate in McKool Smith’s Dallas office, Brad Caldwell focuses on patent law and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Caldwell earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in 2000, and graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 2003. While at Texas A&M, Mr. Caldwell completed a yearlong externship with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he obtained Top-Secret security clearance and received numerous merit-based citations. A repeat honoree in the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, Mr. Caldwell has represented clients in complex patent litigation involving medical devices, as well as telecommunications, aviation and computer equipment.
