Profile
Brenda Keen handles complex cases involving disputed marital property characterization, all forms of business entities, retirement assets, stock options and other equity based compensation, and qualified and non-qualified executive compensation plans. She takes pride in the fact that the vast majority of cases she handles are resolved out of court to her client's satisfaction. She serves as an advocate when litigation is necessary to achieve a satisfactory result, and is trained in collaborative law, a preferred alternative to "win at all costs" litigation.
