 Brenda T. Cubbage has practiced business litigation in North Texas for over 27 years. With an emphasis on construction, real estate and financial institution litigation, Ms. Cubbage has represented a broad range of business clients extensively in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout Texas. Ms. Cubbage co-authored "The Complete Guide to Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien Laws of Texas" from 1985 to 2006, a publication that has been cited by numerous courts in Texas, including the Texas Supreme Court. Ms. Cubbage is also a certified attorney-mediator, and has successfully resolved thousands of disputes since 1990. She also serves as an arbitrator both for the AAA and privately. Ms. Cubbage has been selected as a Super Lawyer in 2005 and 2009.

Ms. Cubbage has also assisted in home building with Habitat For Humanity in Dallas.
