One of the most respected divorce lawyers in Dallas, Texas, Brian L. Webb has been practicing family law since 1975. Since 1980, he has been certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A popular author and speaker, he has represented high-asset clients and high-profile individuals from the highest echelons of society.
For more than 10 years, Mr. Webb served on the Board’s family law exam committee and on the exam committee of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has also presided over the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Currently, he serves as president of the Texas Family Law Foundation and is the Immediate Past President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation. He is a member of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers a charter diplomate in the exclusive American College of Family Trial Lawyers (Limited to 100 lawyers nationwide).
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to family law, Mr. Webb was presented with the Judge Sam Emison Award from the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and with the Dan R. Price Award from the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. In addition, D Magazine named Mr. Webb one of the best family lawyers in Dallas. Every year since 1989, he has also been listed in the "Best Lawyers in America" magazine.
