Carlos Villarreal, born Corpus Christi, Texas, October 10, 1961; admitted to Texas Bar 1986, also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court; Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Carlos obtained his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School in 1990 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986. His bachelors’ degree is in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. Carlos is a member of the Corpus Christi and American Bar Associations, the American Inns of Court, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
