Freetech, Inc. et al., Case No. 5:07-cv-06124, Unites States District Court for the Northern District of California.  (Lead counsel for Plaintiffs).  Secured final judgment on behalf of Plaintiffs for statutory damages in the agreegate amount of $97,000,000.00 against the corporate defendant and in the aggregate amount of $9,000,000.00 against the officer/director defendants for violations of the Digitial Millennium Copyright Act and the Communications Act.  A permanent injunction was also entered against the defendants, who were required to shut-down their operations world-wide., 2009

David Smith, Case No. 09-38-ART, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.  (Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs).  Secured a final judgment in favor of Plaintiffs which included damages in the aggregate amount of $2,500,000.00 for violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Communications Act.  A permanent injunction was also entered against the Defendant.  Plaintiffs were also successful in their request for an ex parte DMCA seizure against the Defendant at the inception of the case., 2009
