Charla Bradshaw Conner is an accomplished family law attorney and Koons Fuller Partner in Denton known for successfully summarizing and trying difficult cases.  Ms. Conner has earned her reputation as an outstanding litigator. She is also a well-known speaker and author in the area of family law, having won an award from the State Bar of Texas for the Best Family Law Article.  She serves on the legislative committee and the family law council of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.  While she employs an aggressive approach to litigating family law cases, Ms. Conner is also a certified mediator and is trained in collaborative law.  She is listed among the Texas Super Lawyers featured in Texas Monthly and has been selected one of the Top 50 Woman Lawyers in Texas and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Dallas/Fort Worth. She is also AV Peer Review (Top) Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Ms. Conner spent most of her young life in Denton. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Texas Woman's University and her Juris Doctor from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in 1993. Ms. Conner was also a candidate for a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at TWU. She finished all the requirements but the thesis before leaving the program to attend law school. She is chair of the State Bar of Texas District 14 Grievance Committee and an officer in the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists. She is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Family Law Council, the Texas Family Law Foundation, the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, the Denton and Tarrant County Bar Associations and the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas.
