Charles H. Clark began practicing law in 1960. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also certified as a mediator. Charles has tried in excess of 500 cases to jury verdict. He has handled personal injury litigation for both the plaintiff and the defense. He has also tried cases involving real estate, oil-and-gas properties, products liability, will contests, employment, and civil rights cases. He is a graduate of Baylor University and its Law School. Charles is the managing partner of Clark & Porter.
