Trey Branham represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business litigation, providing clients with extensive experience in class actions and multidistrict litigation on the state and national level. His trial experience includes more than 40 cases heard in Texas, California, Massachusetts, Missouri, South Carolina, Florida and Illinois courts. Mr. Branham represents a diverse set of clients – from individual litigants to major corporations. He has advised private investment funds, early-stage companies and multinational conglomerates in financing transactions involving mezzanine and public financing as well as domestic and offshore hedge funds. He began his legal career as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Joe Kendall at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and served in Washington, D.C., as a personal staff member for Sen. Strom Thurmond of South Carolina.
