Profile
Chris Parvin's practice focuses on business law, estate planning & probate and litigation. He has been involved in the successful resolution of many disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, including cases involving complex business entities and individuals. In litigation, Chris has handled numerous business and consumer matters and is experienced in successfully trying cases to verdict (courtroom and arbitration), obtaining summary judgments for clients and crafting pre-litigation settlements through negotiation with other parties. In addition to his work as counsel, Chris' scholarly endeavors include his graduation from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law with a Master's of Law in Tax Law (LL.M) which provides him with much of the expertise necessary to build complex trusts and estate plans for clients. In 2009, the capstone of Chris' achievements focused upon being elected to the City Council of Cedar Hill, Texas and being admitted in open court to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
