Christopher Michael Farish, of Quaid and Quaid, LLC, in Dallas, Texas, provides experienced litigation representation in all areas of family law. While he is a seasoned litigator, he believes in collaborative law ideals and encourages clients to consider the benefits of the collaborative law process. Mr. Farish zealously advocates for the rights of his clients and seeks to facilitate agreements that fulfill each client's individual needs, while fostering a level of respect and dignity.
Mr. Farish received his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Since he began practicing law in 2006, he has been recognized for his knowledge and skill. He has been named as an Outstanding Young Lawyer in Collin County in 2009, and has been selected for inclusion in the Texas Rising Stars listing in 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Farish is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Collin County Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association and State Bar of Texas. He is also a member of the Family Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Animal Law, and Sexual Orientation and Gender Issues Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Family Law and Collaborative Law sections of the Dallas Bar Association. Further, Mr. Farish holds membership in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Collin County Young Lawyers Association and the Collaborative Professionals of Dallas.
Also, he was a presenter at Breakfast with the Masters and speaker in a Collaborative Law Course in 2010.
