Cindy Olson Bourland handles trial and appellate cases, focusing on contract, shareholder, and trade secret disputes, in addition to internet advertising, e-commerce, and defamation cases. She has successfully represented clients throughout Texas. Cindy was the 2003 winner of the Austin Under 40 Award in Law and 2003 Austin Outstanding Young Lawyer. She attended UT Law School and Southwestern University. She is a former AYLA President and adjunct professor at UT Law School. She is a Fellow of numerous bar foundations and a member of Mensa. A fifth generation Texan, she grew up on a ranch and enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and raising swans.
