Mr. Cox has served as litigation and trial counsel for clients in a broad range of commercial, business, employment, and catastrophic tort cases involving transportation, construction, insurance bad faith, deceptive trade practices, and premises liability matters.  Mr. Cox also represents companies and their principals in non-litigation contexts and counsels them on improving their corporate policies for litigation avoidance and compliance with State and Federal Law.
