Profile

Mr. Wallach is a Fort Worth native and honors graduate of Texas Christian University and University of Houston College of Law with extensive experience in health-care liability and personal injury defense litigation throughout Texas courts. He became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1984 and as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1992. Member: College of the State Bar; Life Fellow, Texas Bar Foundation; Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel; International Association of Defense Counsel; DRI; Texas Association of Defense Counsel (President, 2001-2002); State Bar of Texas (committees and speaker); Tarrant County Bar Association.
