Profile

Mr. Wallach is a Fort Worth native and honors graduate of Texas Christian University and University of Houston College of Law with extensive experience in health care liability and personal injury defense litigation throughout Texas courts. He became Board Certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1984 and as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1992. Member: College of the State Bar; Life Fellow, Texas Bar Foundation; Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel; International Association of Defense Counsel; DRI; Texas Association of Defense Counsel (President, 2001-2002); State Bar of Texas (committees and speaker); Tarrant County Bar Association.
