Attorney Dan Dworin has been providing compassionate, intelligent representation to individuals facing criminal charges in the state, federal and juvenile courts of central Texas since 1995. Mr. Dworin is also among the small minority of criminal defense lawyers in the Austin area who have been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in criminal law. He currently handles all types of criminal matters, including charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI), assault, drug possession, sexual misconduct and more serious felonies as well. Mr. Dworin is particularly experienced in the defense of criminal charges against licensed professionals, and with the challenges faced by individuals facing concurrent criminal and administrative proceedings. He also frequently consults with civil attorneys whose clients are under investigation by state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Mr. Dworin is a 1995 graduate of University of Texas School of Law. He accepts cases throughout the State of Texas, but primarily practices in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Caldwell, Burnet and Llano Counties He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
