Dan Cogdell graduated with highest honors in 1982 from South Texas College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Business from The University of Texas in 1979. He began as a Briefing Attorney at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for presiding Judge John F. Onion, Jr. Dan then joined the firm of Haynes & Fullenweider and worked with "Racehorse" Haynes for six years. Dan has established himself as an extremely capable trial lawyer, trying cases to verdict in 13 different states and numerous federal jurisdictions, with over 260 jury trials. With acquittals in the Branch Davidian case, the Houston City Hall corruption trials, and the Enron-Merrill Lynch trial, Dan is nationally recognized for his trial abilities.
