Daniel O. Goforth is a founding partner of Goforth Lewis and dedicates his practice largely to representing product manufacturers in product liability cases throughout Texas and the U.S. Mr. Goforth has been named a Terex Product Liability Lawyer of the Year at the DRI and is a member of the College of the State Bar, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Houston Bar Foundation. Mr. Goforth graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, wrote for the Law Review, is a member of the Order of the Coif Honorary Society and the Dean’s Roundtable at the University of Texas School of Law, and is a Keeton Fellow. Mr. Goforth was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1970 and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
