Profile

Darah L. Eckert received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Government in 1992.  While at The University of Texas, she was the Speaker Chair for Phi Alpha Delta.  She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1998.  While at South Texas, she received first place in the Gallagher Lewis & Downey Mock Trial Competition.  Ms. Eckert joined MehaffyWeber in 2002 in the firm's Houston and Beaumont offices.  Prior to her employment with the firm, Ms. Eckert was an associate with the firms of Powers & Frost, LLP.  Her practice areas include toxic tort litigation, premises liability, products liability and civil litigation.
