David Chamberlain was named the 2006 Outstanding Defense Bar Leader in the nation by DRI, the largest association of defense trial lawyers in the country. He recently served as President of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and currently serves as Treasurer of the Austin Bar Association and on the Board of the Texas Civil Justice League. He was honored as the Outstanding Board Director of the Austin Bar in 2008 and named Course Director of the 2007 Advanced Personal Injury Law Course, sponsored by the State Bar of Texas. He is the founding partner of Chamberlain McHaney where he handles a full docket of complex civil litigation and is Board Certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
