David E. Moore has practiced criminal defense law in Longview since 1991. In 2004, David E. Moore and Scrappy Holmes formed Holmes & Moore, P.L.L.C. David appears regularly in courts throughout East Texas handling numerous high-profile murder and drug cases along with representing elected officials and law enforcement figures. David is currently serving his fourth year on the Board of Directors for the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is a past chairman of the Criminal Defense Lawyers Project, directing seminars training criminal defense lawyers throughout Texas. He has also served on the faculty of the Texas Trial Lawyers College in Huntsville, Texas.
