David Elrod is the founder of the trial firm, Elrod, PLLC. He has been a trial attorney for over 30 years, and has appeared for clients in courts across the country. In addition to defending large and small claims against businesses, Mr. Elrod has obtained hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients through numerous verdicts and settlements. His exceptional success—including being one of the few attorneys in Texas to defend a company by trying a civil RICO case to verdict—has earned him numerous distinctions. He has been recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer” for nine straight years, in 2008 was named as one of only fifteen “Defenders” by the Dallas Business Journal, and was recognized by D Magazine as one of the "Best Lawyers in Dallas” for 2011.
