Deborah Hankinson focuses her practice on appellate law in both state and federal courts, drawing on her many years of experience as a Justice on the Supreme Court of Texas and as a Justice on the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas. Clients and attorneys regularly retain Ms. Hankinson as a pre-trial consultant on motions and trial strategy. She also works as part of the trial team in order to enhance the prospects for a favorable result and to properly position a case for post-verdict appellate situations. In addition, Ms. Hankinson is also a mediator and arbitrator in cases involving a variety of complex legal matters.
