Don Martinson concentrates his practice on mass tort and related product liability litigation, health care liability litigation, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage analysis and related insurance coverage litigation and appellate advocacy.He received his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in 1969. After service in the military he attended Baylor University School of Law and received his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1973. While at Baylor he served on the Baylor Law Review and was selected to be a member of the Harris Honor Society. He is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and Fellow of the Dallas Bar Association. Mr. Martinson is admitted to practice before United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
