Profile

Frank A. Domino joined MehaffyWeber, P.C. in 2003 in the firm's Beaumont and Houston offices and became a shareholder in 2009.  Mr. Domino graduated, with honors, from Lamar University in 1997 and received a J.D., with high honors, from South Texas College of Law in 2002.  While at South Texas, he was a member of the Law Review.  After graduation, he was a law clerk to The Honorable Adele Hedges and The Honorable Jane Bland, First Court of Appeals, State of Texas. His primary practice areas include toxic tort litigation, insurance defense, appellate, environmental litigation, civil litigation, and premises liability.
