David Flowers is the head of the litigation section at Eggleston Flowers & King, having joined that firm after twenty four years with Whitaker Chalk Swindle and Sawyer in Fort Worth, where he was a partner and member of the litigation section. Mr. Flowers is licensed in both Texas and California. After graduation from Hastings, Mr. Flowers practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for about 9 years. He came to the Dallas Fort Worth area in 1981 and joined the firm of Michener Swindle Whitaker Pratt Mercer, now Whitaker Chalk. Over the next twenty years, David worked in large part to defend companies that were non-subscribers to workers compensation insurance. Mr. Flowers has practiced primarily in the arena of litigation. Before moving to Texas, Mr. Flowers joined members of the San Francisco law firm to obtain the largest personal injury verdict in the history of Marin County,California, at that time. In Texas, he has practiced primarily on the defense side.
