Heather Asselin is a Director of Coats | Rose and a member of its Construction/Surety and Litigation Groups. She has successfully handled a wide spectrum of complex construction and business disputes. Her litigation and trial experience includes complex construction disputes, securities fraud, wrongful death, employment discrimination claims, and defamation claims. Heather's construction clients include owners, architects, contractors, sureties, and insurance companies. She is a graduate of both the University of California at Fresno and Creighton University School of Law. Heather has served her clients throughout the United States, in several state and federal courts, and internationally. Heather also practices before the American Arbitration Association.
