Mr. Nunley has tried a wide variety of lawsuits to verdict in all areas of the state. He has recovered significant judgments and settlements in the areas of commercial litigation, fiduciary and probate litigation, personal injury, lender liability, oil and gas, and toxic torts. He has prosecuted and defended parties in class action litigation. He has extensively litigated the issues of easements, adverse possession, boundary disputes, and other real property issues including condemnation.
