J. Robert Arnett, II, represents clients in business disputes at trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. His practice focuses on commercial finance, real estate, construction, securities, and intellectual property disputes. He also has significant experience in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Arnett is a graduate of Rice University and UCLA School of Law. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Martin Pence, Senior District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, and served a four-year assignment as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.
