Jim has thirty years experience in handling complex business disputes, real estate and probate litigation, actions for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice, employment cases, and claims against building contractors, architects, and suppliers.
He is peer-review rated ‘AV-Preeminent’ 5.0 out of 5 by Martindale-Hubbell in general ethical standards and legal ability, the highest peer-review rating awarded by that publication. A graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, Jim attended the University of Tulsa College of Law and was Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Law Review.
